DAY 01:   ARRIVE SYDNEY

Welcome to Sydney, the world’s famous and beautiful blue Sydney Harbour, this fast paced city of cosmopolitan character is one of the world’s most beautiful places. Colonial history, stunning architecture, superb waterways, gracious harbourside suburbs and friendly people epitomize the vibrance of this spectacular city. Meet & greet by our staff from the airport and you will be transfer to your hotel.

DAY 02:   SYDNEY CITY TOUR

After breakfast from your hotel, enjoy morning seat-in-coach Sydney City Tour. Highlights of this tour: Historic Rocks walking tour – Sydney’s birthplace, Sydney Opera House, Conservatorium of Music, Hyde Park, St. Mary’s Cathedral, Parliament House, Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney Town Hall, Sydney Tower, Darling Harbour, Visit Mrs Macquarie’s Chair – superb views of the harbour and city skyline, the Famous Bondi Beach and much more! DAY 03:   BLUE MOUNTAINS

The Blue Mountains is a real journey into the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. From temperate rainforests to towering sandstone escarpments, you’ll see and experience it all. Let the landscape work its wonders and become part of you for a lifetime. You’re informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel as we commence our group tour into the heart of the unique Blue Mountains World Heritage Region. The Blue Mountains National Park is one of seven national parks that make up the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. This wonderland of sandstone outcrops, deep ravines and hazy blue eucalypt forests boasts luxury retreats and the world’s steepest railway. Today your guide will take you off the beaten track to visit remote lookout locations and discuss the history, flora and fauna of this magnificent region. Cross the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, Climb into the mountains via the sleepy hamlets of Blaxland, Wentworth Falls and Lawson, See Katoomba – the resort region capital of the Blue Mountains, Enjoy breathtaking views over the Jamison Valley, Visit Scenic World where you will have the opportunity and plenty of time to enjoy the rides (own expense), You can ride the steepest incline Railway in the world down to a lush and hidden valley below. Or gently ascend on the Cableway taking in panoramic views and ride on the Skyway which glides between cliff tops 270 metres above ancient ravines and the rainforest canopy and Walk on the valley floor boardwalk under a canopy of tall tree ferns. DAY 04:   SYDNEY – MELBOURNE

Free time at leisure at on your own pace until you will be transferred into the airport for your flight into Melbourne.  Upon arrival in Melbourne, meet & greet at the airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in into your hotel. Remainder of the day is free at leisure. (B,L,D)
Day 05:    MELBOURNE – CITY TOUR

Welcome to Melbourne – home to the Australian Open Tennis, Australian Rules Football and the Melbourne’s Cup. Inhabited by people from all over the world, this dynamic city has a very cosmopolitan feel. Meet & greet at the airport and en-route is your first glimpse of this elegant city through the Melbourne City Tour. This City Sightseeing Tour allows you to immerse yourself in the culture of this magnificent city.  Travel by coach with an informative guide. Head NE of the city and tour through ‘Little Italy’ with its plethora of restaurants and boutique shops. See the exquisite architecture of Melbourne University and Royal Exhibition Building before making a brief photo stop at St Patrick’s Cathedral. Spend time at Fitzroy Gardens. A favourite part of the tour? – a guided walk through some of Melbourne’s best arcades and laneways with the chance to enjoy the atmosphere. Other sights to see is Victoria Parliament Building, Flinders Street Station and Federation Square. Continue your tour at Yarra River Arts Precinct and Shrine of Remembrance. (B,L,D)

Day 06    PHILLIP ISLAND (PENGUIN PARADE TOUR)

After breakfast, proceed to Philip Island. Penguin Parade Tour
A truly unique experience! An adventure beyond compare. The Penguin Parade and Wildlife tour visits Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Conservation Park. See animals in their natural habitat. Hand feed kangaroos and wallabies and learn about the conservation work of this important sanctuary. This Eco-certified sanctuary showcases the famous and endangered faces of Australian wildlife, including southern bettong, eastern quolls and rare fluffy gliders. Get close to these beautiful animals with the opportunity to hand feed them, watch and be captivated like never before! From here we travel to Phillip Island and stop in at the famous Chocolate Factory (tour included). We see the Nobbies and Seal Rocks, stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy the spectacular views along Phillip Island’s rugged south coast. Next stop is Summerland Beach, home to Victoria’s largest colony of little penguins for the nightly Penguin Parade. Day 07    GREAT OCEAN ROAD

The spectacular Great Ocean Road is one of the world’s most beautiful and naturally maintained secrets! Experience and enjoy the breathtaking coastline and pass through coastal towns of Lorne, Apollo Bay and Port Campbell. Then, a stop over at Wildlife to have a look for koalas and native birds in the wild. Visit iconic cape Otway Lighthouse, mainland Australia’s oldest surviving lighthouse before heading for sumptuous BBQ Aussie lunch. Next stop, drive through the Otway rainforest boasting some of the tallest eucalyptus trees in Australia. End your full day tour with 12 Apostles. Explore the Port Campbell National Park and discover the history of the Shipwreck Coast along this historic beach. (B,L,D)

Day 08    MELBOURNE DEPARTURE

The tour ends with breakfast this morning. Enjoy last minute sightseeing and shopping until check out time from your hotel.
